We are looking for the following positions to be based in Dubai International Airport:
Airport Services Agent <機(jī)場(chǎng)服務(wù)代表>
Passenger Services Agent <旅客服務(wù)代表>
What is the role of position?
To provide an efficient, personal, friendly and satisfying experience for our customers who are checking in, transferring or boarding their aircraft or collecting their baggage in Dubai.
申請(qǐng)人需具備以下條件：
Candidates need to meet the following criteria:
•Possess a good standard of education to at least junior college standard. （大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷）
•Fluency in written and spoken English (Command over spoken and written Arabic preferable). （流利的英文書(shū)面表達(dá)及口頭表達(dá)能力，能流利使用阿拉伯語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先）
•Must be the sort of person who has the natural ability to provide excellent service within a team environment（具備在團(tuán)隊(duì)環(huán)境中提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的能力）
•Two years experience in a hospitality environment, retails or customer service organization（advantageous）（具有兩年酒店，零售或客戶(hù)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；了解航空公司旅客服務(wù)或行李操作業(yè)務(wù)者優(yōu)先。）
應(yīng)聘人員要求身高:男170CM以上，女161CM以上；年齡21歲以上。
BENEFITS PACKAGE
Basic Salary（2,805.00 Dhs per month）: About RMB 6200
Utilities Allowance (1,120.00 Dhs per month): About RMB 2400
Working Hours: 42 hrs per week
Overtime Payment: yes
Transport Allowance: Provided by the company
Probation Period: 6 months from the date of joining
Visa Formalities: Company will arrange visa and work permit
Life Insurance Cover: yes, capital sum insured of Dhs50000.
Medical Benefits: yes, government medical card provided by the company
Medical Allowance: yes, Dhs100. per month
Annual leave: yes, 30 calendar days – excluding public holidays
Concessional Travel (after completing 6 months): yes, 享受公司規(guī)定的親屬折扣機(jī)票
End of Service Benefit for foreign employees: yes, -first 5 years of service, 21 days basic salary/year
-above 5 years of service, 30 days basic salary/year
Joining ticket: provided by the company
Others: 探親機(jī)票，公司分紅，入職時(shí)的附加行李額等
收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
1、 報(bào)名、手續(xù)、面試費(fèi)合計(jì)2200元；
2、 服務(wù)上崗費(fèi)9000元，其它費(fèi)用自理。
